The Research on the Improvement Strategy of Data Augmentation Algorithm for Small Sample Named Entity Recognition written by Fan Junjie, a 2020 postgraduate freshman from the Institute of Cognitive Intelligence, together with his tutor, Liu Xingli, was contributed to the Journal of Data Analysis and Knowledge Discovery in March, and it was firstly published online on September 28, 2022. The journal article was included in A Guide to the Core Journal of China, CSSCI of Nanjing University and China Science Citation Database (CSCD), and was recommended by China Computer Society (CCF). This article effectively explored the key technology of the new generation of artificial intelligence - Domain-specific Knowledge Graph in natural language processing, and creatively proposed a multi-dimensional small sample annotation corpus data augmentation strategy method. This method has been verified by applying to the planned outsourcing topics of the national key research and development program undertaken by the Institute and the key project of national social science fund presided over by Professor Ma Haiqun.
